filthy one Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 heres she goes form start to finish the day i picked it up sitting in a paddock for 9 years engine bay strip down fitting up the engine was pretty easy. Front mounted like an rx7 made up custom mounts etc pick of the engine fitted I had to cut the trns tunnel out to enlarge it so the RX7 5 spd woul fit in after 3 days at the panelbeaters after removing the battery tray the inner guard after 6 coats of filler primer & 3 of normal primer almost ready for colour IMG]http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/102/1002842ub3.jpg[/img] first bit of colour finaly painted & back at my workshop got the engine parts back from the polishers S3 RX7 diff Ltd head just finished modding it to fit the wagon primed & slammed ready to go to the paint shop got the seats & new door panels back from the upholstrey engine back together ready to be installed & now fitted into the engine carpet now fitted throughout steering guages etc now fitted FINISHED! 12a 5spd s2 rx7 disc brake diff engine inside rear want to know anything about the build just ask i have plenty of time now its finished Will be showing her at the SI nats in march & fast fours magazine did a photoshoot on tuesday should be in the mag next month so thats pretty sweet.. Changed the discs to mk3 zephyer & new bottom ball joints check out these bad boys nolathened strut tops I also had to move my brake res as using the rx7 one i could'nt fill it very easy so remote mounted one i sorced off one of the tractors at work Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

filthy one Posted March 22, 2007 Author Share Posted March 22, 2007 As i'm using a S1 Rx7 master cylinder its a real shit to fill the res with brake fluid so i remote mounted one I pinched off a tractor at work. I also changed the front strut setup changed my discs to mk3 zephyer ones.
