  1. so the exhaust is going to be a massive pain in the arse to make. check the picture of the turbo (further up the page) and notice the angle that the exhaust exits the turbo......... now have a look at pics of my engine bay. the exit off the turbo is heading for my brake booster/reservoir. it is going to be very tight in there.
  2. so ive had to move the trottle body from one end of the plenum to the other. since im farking around with it ive choosen a larger TB off a mitsi Magna. 66mm vs the galants 50mm. no hole! welding by Sheepers. new hole blocked breather below the ports.......i will get a flange to block it off (cant of been working anyway as the hole was full of crap. the daiphram that controls the port is top left of pic. car at Woolf. slight hicup. one of their car hoists is on the blink, so my car is off to the side for now. ps. when for a hoon in both of Sheepers Celicas last night. fuck me, shit, etc. those cars are mental/cool/i giggled as the cars battled for traction. .
  3. cool theres a diamante at avondale pickapart, just down the road from me. i'll go on the scab later.
  4. so now i am on the hunt for another throttle body. the one that came with the multi point injection is only 50mm. mite go on the hunt at PickaPart..... i am thinking 65mm .
  5. i was thinking more along the lines of 'Stormtrooper' more than Transformers. but i like the way your thinking. and yes decals are staying.
  6. yeah, my wife wants to paint it. sadly the budget doesnt allow for panel and paint yet (or mags). i kinda like the small dents and scratches. My son and I dropped it off at Woolf mufflers today to get the exhaust manifold made. hopefully its not off the road for to long. going round to a mates tonight to cut the TB off and weld it to the other end of the intake manifold.
  7. that sucks dude. but it definately looks fixable. Just depends on if insurance rights it off. i spotted your car the other day at St Lukes. i had a good perv at it.
