Well Ive got the c211 at home now So its time to start doing something with it. Ive gotta match what badges went where if anyone knows or has good pictures that would be good as some of mine appear to be missing and I'm not sure if the rear tail light cluster is correct as it looks to have had a prang in the rear. The GT EX I'm not to sure if thats correct or not i have uploaded pictures of the tags etc as well if any one can be of some assistance Thanks

I've rang a few places in Aussie and havent had to much luck I have a guy trying to find parts for me in japan he has found some but they are just to dare like $1500nzd plus shipping etc for a bonnet. Not to keen to spend that when it's still going to need work to be tidy.

I've got a few changes that are going to be happening in the rear so this may affect my offset havent finished with the design yet. Will get getting adjustables all round half the suspension is shagged anyway so may aswell put decent stuff in it Thanks but no thanks on the wheels

another design I'm considering

I've still got alot work to do on the design as its a work in progress theres a 4 inch lip in there. Which is king of hard to get to work with the offset. Thats an 18x9 wheel thats modelled. Still gota start trimming material out to keep the structural strength etc. It will end up similar to the watanabe style/minilite

I know its been a while since anything was put regarding this car and no it hasnt vanished work has meant nothings happened fro a while now I will start to upload pics of the things going on the car soon and work as it progresses but for now its a bit of a snippet of the wheel that I'm making to go on it still have more work to do in the design as well as asign colour to the centre etc

Probably should post a bit about the motor/s The one that previous owner spent all the money on has ported and polished heads, aftermarket cams etc. Bloack has had flashing issue removed. Also forged pistoms modified crank shaft and othr bits and pieces. It has sat for about 3 years not turned over after it blew a head gasket so it needs love. The motor that go put into the race car to get it up and going then got the aftermarket pullyes. intake manifold etc all put onto that the usual rx7 injectors etc are on this. Theres several tubs full of spare parts to from manifolds to injectors and such. Oh and a spare block and heads etc. There aftermarket twind turbo manifolds this is a VG30DET motor originally the old red top ones. It was running a 3 speed HQ gearbox when it was in the race car I have a VG30DETT auto trans here I have been considering using. Not sure what to do yet. Always wanted to put the lot in the d21 it would be pretty different but then it would be REALLY cool in the skyline

Hello People Its been a long time Since I posted anything about the c211 I've got sitting round. I'm planning to bring it home this weekend has been sitting at a mates for ages now. Will also be bringing home my d21 project and engine collection. First part will be starting to remove the rust which there is a fair bit. Still having issues with getting a bonnet for this baby. I think I may have to bog it up and get a mould made and do a new one in fibreglass which isnt original but the bonnet is pretty far gone. I'm in 2 minds as to what to do about the engine situation. the current ones a runner and trans etc is fine it needs new dizzy cap leads plugs etc and filters. But I also have a few vg30det's here one of which is relatively modified aftermarket intake manifold ported and polished etc. The good one needs a bit of work still. Have custom twin turbo manifolds etc to suit this motor. I'm unsure as to weither to can the ute and put the vg30 in the skyline and put a 3 speed hq box behind it(motor already has all fittment parts for this). Or weither to keep the original l20 in it. Any Ideas I had toyed with dropping a 2.8 with manual box in it not sure yet its tempting but not sure. Other plans are to fit flares alround and lower it a bit with some custom 18x9's on the rear and 17x7's on the front. Really basic paintjob back to factory silver. Fit a rear lip and tidy the front end up a little. I've been toying what to do with the bumpers they arent good for much how they are now. I can either de bumper it or get some new ones made. Ideas? If some one comes to the party and buys my d21 and motors etc off me I will go the full hog on the skyline but some how I dont see that happening

Regarding stamps I can do some moulds etc if I get some spare time would need detailed sizes etc to make the lettering though I've only got the plates off my c211 to go by They could be done out of a stock alloy easy enough.

i cna do all the lip design and things myself I've got a wheel drawn up now but would be good to actually have a genuaine one I can use for imagin to change dishes and wheel size on etc

If you bring it down man, we can try that pre-facelift quad-lamp grille in it. that would be good I've got a few pics of what I want to do with it. Mainly photos shopped and off the net

Hey guys this will probably be one of the wierdest questions you will here in a while. I'm after a set of wantanabes (or how ever its spelt.) just to borrow. I'm going to be building a 3d scanner soon whihc means I can copy scan things into a 3d image and modify them in a program called solidworks. I'm wanting to make a few models up would prefer a few different styles and off sets. I've got a lathe here that will be converted into a cnc one soon thich will get a milling head attachment and a 5th axis fitted. I'm wanting to make a set of wantanabe replics. I've done some models etc off photos but it just isnt the same as the real thing. Is anyone willing to load out a set or do a deal to use some ideally without tyres? Cheers Nick. Its sitting in a shed at the moment tossing up when to bring it down and start the rebuild. Its extremely hard to find any of the parts for this car. I'm looking at options of duplicating parts that I do.

hey not in cromwell any more ae down in Invercargill. How long you want to store it for? I've still got some good mates there that could store it if need be.

Will that grill and what not fit up size wise can make up holders for lights etc not to bad have al the gear at work to do that. Will upload more good pics soon guys dont worry about that will give it a bit of a clean first

The pics are pretty shit done them on digital phone had to email some pics to panel beater that why most of them are hopeless Can arrange pics not a problem you will have to wait untill mines tidied up a bit though The old gtst shit the turbo pretty quick carbon seals were on the way out when flat mate got it now had new bigger on on it. Dont ask about the kit lol its ugly as hell and the paints been flaking off in huge chunks not good o well not my car
