dam neither video worked! anyway with bait frozen into projectile there is no worries at 110psi, he fired 200m (the whole spool) ant the knot at the eng of the line was the only thing that stopped it going futher! he says he has a 300 m braded line to try next! workes well even caught a fish!

this has now been used! the guy said he shot the first test at 110 psi and had a solid ice with flag frozen inside projectile and it went 20 m and exploded.so he dropped pressure to 60 psi and shot the next 1 over 120m!

quick connect compressor fitting, screwed into 1/4 bsp female i will weld to the res.

it sure is , good spotting... around 120psi was his ballpark figure . max pressure for res was 2Mpa it fires a frozen fish( large hook stuck threw it) with lead nose cone. set in a bit of the barrel tube.

A workmate has asked us to make a bait launcher for him so here is some progress. t 2" ball valve! hat to take the end of the lathe off to get barrel in... Adapter from valve to barrel . More pics to come ...

ive done a few perkie rust jobs for people and i sign the sheet when finished. as far as im aware it dosnt need to be a "panel beater" is im not one of those! pretty sure as long as repair is good , there shouldnt be a problem.

yea sure did , after welding the massive patch in and clearing out all the crap i used rust roy ( metal primer / converter) then etch primer (batty b ) , there wasnt much origional metal left as i did the inside and bottom before i did the skin.

looks good enough , now just gotta fit it without scratching paint! also i never wanna be a panel beater!
