Got it going the engine wasnt running got a wof and put some 13 inch hubbies and flappers on Drove round for 6 months with rooted suspension standard brakes and diff. When my wof ran out decided to get it certed for the engine. Upgraded the brakes to bluebird ones, new shocks, disks machined, commodore shocks in the back, vanette shortened diff 4.1 ratio 2 inch blocks, custom driveshaft etc went for cert had a few issues but eventually got it. Got some new wheels Got them reconditioned and new tyres started making a chin spoiler got in on but with the new wheels looked jacked at the front dropped the front more got a 2.5 inch exhaust Got some fender mirrors and a jaf badge JDM is king! Thats where is at at the mo. Comments suggestions welcomed in the disscussion forum.

Put up a photo of it dropping a flame! When it backfires beside you its louder than a shotgun, sends a pressure wave through your car and you cant hear anything except ringing for several minutes.

Iv seen a van painted in matt black colour steel roof paint. Its guarenteed not to fade for ten years and it looked sweet.

Thats pretty average, in chch I got front brakes, different engine and mounts, different gearbox, lowered, different shortened diff, steering wheel, for $390. So you havent rolled your guards at all? A couple of my mates with superlites on their 1200 sedans have had to the superlites stick out at least an inch. My ssr's stick it too so im going to roll them. Do utes have wider guards? have you got a bit of camber helping them slip in there to? or do you just leave them sticking out? hence the green sticker?

I have just a got my hands on a shortened diff for my z18et datsun 1200 sedan. Its out of a s11 silvia turbo It has an alloy navara head and is open with a 4.6 ratio. Does anyone know of an lsd I could find for this? Apparently they are pretty rare? And what will a 4.6 ratio be like on the street? My diff is standard at the mo a 3.9 which is pretty good ( its a street car) and 4.6 is a lot higher than this. Thanks Andy
