  1. I managed to get that to work in my geo tracker app, good work guys!
  2. Pfffftttttt, I'm getting 47K to the L.
  3. SHARN: I learned to rind on an ER185, it was our orchard bike, it putted around for about 7 years on said orchard, we then moved into town and dad traded it on a 1988 NV400. Was out on the new bike the day dad got it, and a mechanic from the shop we did the trade with, went through an intersection in front of us at full speed, full revs, and fully committed. The 7 or so years of sweet two stroke oil/scum that had built up in the pipe from gentle toodling was burning off, and fuck me sideways, never before, or since, have I seen so much white smoke. It was a truly glorious sight to behold. I want an ER now.
  4. Maaaaaaaaate, that would be chur, keen to sample the plushness.
  5. I'm seriously considering going full Barry, and getting a sheep skin seat cover.
  6. Yeh, we really didn't think this many people would want to come on these rides, but its been great so far! We were blown away the first year, that we got 14 riders, now what are we up to, like 42? KRIKEY.
  7. ^ That's pretty sweet! My bike got a WOF, dude noted down a few things to keep an eye on, completely missed the head set bearings are toast and sound like they are full of rocks. Oh well, that's future VG's problem now.
  8. Ahh excellent, good to know he's your brother, was hoping there wasn't a 4th vehicle wanting to come. If you guys want to entertain the idea of car pooling with Ned, that would be choice, if not, then i'm sure things will work out OK. Just trying to help sort this out before the day, and slightly lower J5's stress levels, don't want anyone getting left in the forest to be raped/eaten/traded for muskets. Starting to get pretty excited for this *squeeeee*
  9. Also, just checking, @Duke Blackwood was it you talking about also bringing a support vehicle?
  10. Yep three, @MopedNZ got a little carried away in his estimation. We had a pretty similar number of riders last year, and two support vehicles was plenty. The hope was to have as few vehicles as possible, just to simplify things, so thought maybe you didn't need to bring the 3rd vehicle? If you feel you must, then go ahead, but if your gear/driver can go with Ned, that would be preferable.
  11. @Thphantum is the official support vehicle I believe. We can't stop other people coming, but having two other vehicles might be a pain in the arse. Can @anglia4 or@Ned maybe car pool or not bring another vehicle, just to simplify things?
  12. Even after losing all that weight? Puhuhuhuhu.
  13. / I just through the more room for people and covered gear the better, just in case, so 5 seater with canopy would be awesome.
  14. Excellent. The brother-in-law probably wont let me have it, but I can only try! I do technically own 1/3rd of it, but don't point this out so I don't have to pay running/maintenance cost, puhuhuhuhu.
  15. Bikes looking sweet, and the display theme was a good idea. But, Are you trying to tell us something? A few lyrics from the lumber jack song, "I cut down trees, I skip and jump I like to press wild flowers I put on women's clothing and hang around in bars I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK I sleep all night and I work all day I cut down trees, I wear high heels Suspendies and a bra I wish I'd been a girlie, just like my dear Papa"
  16. Such a poor choice of words, knowing your history, lololols.
  17. I haven't seen Brody in years. Just realised I better do a sticker for this, guaranteed to be as shit as the previous ones, so don't fret guys.
  18. @johnnyfive better book landSAR for the weekend, probably going to need them, lololololols.
  19. So this thing is still in a million bits, I'm still in the process of painting. All the bolt on bits are done, just have to finish and paint the frame. I wasn't happy with the battery tray thing, so going to redo that with a box of some kind. Story time: So a long time ago I got plans for one of these, I started collecting parts, but when I realised the cost and time involved in building one, I canned the idea. I had already purchased a second hand set of front callipers/discs/stubs from one, but the guy kept the hubs. Recently Edge products in OZ had a sale on, so I ordered the missing hubs, so I now have the compete set up. So sometime in the future I will make new front arms and put these bad boys on. I'd like to put flasher shocks on all round too, but they are spendy. Ages ago I also got a nice set of alloy rims and tyres from a racing ATV off trademe, they were listed retardedly so got them super cheap. And in a stroke of luck, the front rims are the correct PCD for the new braked hubs, neat. The back rims don't fit on the current hubs, but I've started collecting parts to make an independent suspension set up for the rear, so will make new hubs to suit when the time comes. Other than that, I've drilled some big ass holes in the 12mm plate at the back, to try shed some weight, and make it look racey. I also got offered an absolute abomination of a go kart for a box of beers, so got it against my better judgement. Its based on a kawasaki quad with a weird name that I can't remember, has front discs even. I'll probably just keep the front suspension and steering, rear axle and all the wheels, and bin the rest as its super grot. Plan is to make a simple two seater for the wife n kid to blast round in. Probably 13hp lifan with cvt set up or something. It has a 2 or 300cc honda atv engine on it, chain drive with low range, if anyone's interested? Regards, VG.
  20. I cant wait to see Bort with a clip board, listing each member of the ride and the applicable sharn next to their name.
  21. Chaps are assless by definition ain't they?
