Continued stripping bits out of the car prior to rust removal. I'm taking it to the blasters in the next couple of weeks to get all the rust taken off in a hail of sand. To make it easier and safeguard important components I tidied them all up out of harms way and then marked all the areas I wanted sandblasted with a squirt of paint. Some pics for me to compare the finished result once its done.

So, I'm 95% heading to New York at the end of May, have we got any OSers in the vicinity who want to catch up for a mid week night of drunken debauchery/show me the all night coffee spots? My current plan is to arrive in NY on Thursday 25th, see a show in Brooklyn that night, then hit a festival in Newark for the 26th and 27th then I'll be out and about Lower Manhattan for the nights of the 28th-30th and fly home on the 31st I've never been to New York before so I'm keen to do some exploring of the slightly seedier side of New York, perhaps check out some of the dive bars under the elevated sections of subway. All this hinges on work granting me leave, which they should do seeing as I have so much leave owing.
