mite as well update. cortina went ages ago...driveway was just 2 full lol supra went yesterday...was having issues and i needed a cheap daily so i got a 96 nissan avenir gt wagon for daily duties sr20det 4wd ftw lol..altho it's not terribly cheap on gas skyline blew the turbo, and was real smokey up till then, so trying 2 get some cash together for an rb30 swap tredia is back 2geather, just needs a new dizzy 2 get her going, which will be on the way soon

have you got the twin squish engine or the normal engine? twin squich have dished pistons 2 reduce compresion and make it more economical or sum shit like that, the normal ones have flat top pistons

hey all, my dad just bought a datsun 720 ute with the trusty old L18 and 4 speed column change since 4 speed sucks, and column change sucks more, we wanna change it 2 5 on the floor. our local wrecker has a 5 speed box in the older model, but it has a sd23 in in it...question is, would the sd23 box bolt up either 2 the l18 engine, or even 2 the old 4 speed bellhousing cheers

only had the head off so yea the engine earth lead is still connected will look into the dizzy

hey all finally finished putting my mitsi tredia turbo back 2gther, turned it over 2day, but it's not getting any spark from the spark leads, coil is definatly sparking, it's electronic dizzy ideas?

skyline gtst or s13 silvia stuff goes straight in the back just need 2 change top hat i've heard bluebird springs go in the front but not sure what model i think u need s13 hubs in the front to fit s13 front shocks oh and an r31 front swaybab fits i think which is a bit thicker and stronger, or just get whiteline swaybars

haha that turbo 31 is my mates car lol all he's done is used a31 cefiro struts and springs (compressed cobra's i believe), and used a31 bottom arms and calipers with s13 5stud hubs on the front. it's actually a bit bouncy due to the compressed springs but gives u access 2 useing a31 or s13 adjustys which would b mean lol...oh and still got the live rear axle would b alot of work 2 change to irs

new rimz just 15"x7 i think but they actually fit without spacers , and don;t rub will post pics with them on the car soon

got a 2.5" zorst right through from the turbo, to just a single coby at the rear...sounds mean az also removed spoiler and louvre and has a proper grill now
