yea still driveable for short distances, has a current vtnz wof as well. if i could get 700 for it i'd be happy but make me an offer what you would pay for it

so change of circumstances and i'm going to have to get rid of this. is there anyone that would be interested in it otherwise it will end up going to the scrappys

I really want to get it working as it was from factory besides this new water leak has put a new spin on things being on sch a place that i have to pull half the engine bay to pieces to even see it

god damn it found a new water leak coming from somewhere under the turbo...guess i'm going to have to delve beneath the surface of the factory mess of wiring and vacuum hoses...still havnt figured out the fan either

update time. a little more digging has uncovered the main cooling fan has no power to it. i'm guessing a relay problem as i cant find any blown fuses but will have to do some more digging. anyway keen to help me get it running good for the dec cruise? lol anyway some more pictures cause this thred is gettng boring (and the mrs got a new camera to play with any my little side project to tow behind the honda once its running better

would love to come in the honda if i can get it to stop overheating

that is what i'm currently thinking, the issue is the thermostat is underneath the turbo making it difficult to get to. might have to pop into honda and price up a thermostat tomorow

engine is a c20a-t i have yet to have it running well enough to fully test it out lol well i guess it might be time for a full overhaul of the cooling system, then on to the next problem

so i replaced the fan switch this weekend. one of the fans is definatly working not sure about the other fan but it is still over heating. is absolutly fine when idling in the driveway but driving it up the road it soon overheats then will drop down then over heat again. any sugestions?

yes 7 short flashes sweet i will look into that this weekend ive also discovered the radiator fan is not working so i will have a look at that this weekend also

So turns out it has a fault code poped up on the ece. its flashing 7 flashes any one know what the code might b

Hey all so i got myself a honda (my first) it's a 1989 honda legend "wing" turbo will slowly be going through and fixing all the small faults, and hoping it doesn't hand granade on me lol. has heaps of trick 80's tech like vairiable vane turbo, active steering ect please post lots of hate and abuse ect

this will happen i assure you... fortunately bf springs are the same as bd so it is a simple matter of acquiring the appropriate low springs
