thanks to everyone who came along yesterday. It was a great day, I recon next year we should make a weekend of it and camp out there on the Saturday night

also its $5 per person on the gate so make sure you have sone cash. I will have some burger patties/sausages/bread & sauce etc but feel free to bring some too

for people displaying cars enter from gate 4 on McLeans Island road. look for my red datsun 260c. that will be in our spot. I will be there from 8.45/9 ish or call/text me if you get lost I will have a chilly bin etc

I have also been working on Martin to bring the torana down... at last count in here I counted 9 cars and 2 bikes for display. I checked with the organiser dude today, he said if we moved to one of the further away sites with no one next to us we can have 10 or so cars. if we stayed in the spot we have now we could probably fit 8. I'm thinking we take the further away spot and fill it up. what does everyone think?

I can offer the use of the cedric (pending getting a wof) or the beemer too

So all the free tickets for swapmeet display entry are gone, however we still have a designated spot in the display for our cars. it will cost $5 entry. I'm happy to pay for a few people to display their cars plus it's closer to the rest of the place than the normal car parks for the same cost of entry so we could meet up at the start of McLeans Island road at 9am? and go in from there
