ever thought fuel blockage??? shit from ur tank going into the fuel bowel in the carb??? clean it out ( take carb apart ) and but a inline fitler in it the fuel lines turned out to be my coil. Mark borowed it when he thought his had fucked out, but it was his dizzy that was broken, when he put my coil on it blew it up inside and there was no sign of it being fuked until we tried it on my car and it cracked open under neath, we couldnt see it, so mechanic tested everything under the sun, came to the conclusion must be coil, took it off and BAM there u have it, fucked coil. thru new coil in and it started first time perfectly.

UPDATE TIME!!! Car is now running mint finally Went for warrant and only failed on front right brake line and thats it. lots of things needed before it will be mint, e.g re upolster back seat, carpet, stereo, etc but atleast its drivable now. drove it back from Nga on tuesday, goes quite well, really responsive, cept speedo is out by 20 k at 100kph so alot of pissed off cunts from nga to horotiu hahahaha will get pics after i have given it a wash etc!!!

nah carb came off NO WOF before he sold it, and it was running mint. at first it was the timing, but we got the timing done and thats when it was idling ok, then when we tried to rev it, it died...

Indeed you did.Spoke to kerryn a few weekends ago,her car up and running?? yeah was running... for about 4 seconds... for some reason it will idle okish, but put foot on gas and it dies... got a wee bit of a problem me thinks. am taking it to mechanic / warrant man this weekend, i will probably be out tonight tho, but in a s14. unfortuantly u can pick ya bfs, but u cant pick their cars.

yeah i will be running bumper, but its not really high on my priority list at the mo aye... Brakes are a must.
