how about you sell the 4k and buy a 5k and rebuild that. 4k's have bugger all power. you could also put in a 4age. its simple and you get decent power.

i think that his "Twin 44 IDF Webers" are to blame for that. by putting the pipe over them he probably wouldnt be able to close the bonnet...?

why rust kill? metal will not rust without water so as long as it all coverd in paint you'll be fine... that is if the rust is fully dried of course. also, wouldnt it be easier to just use a wee bit of bog to fill up the bits that he wire brushed out? then sand, primer and paint

but the roll cage etc will acount for some extra kg's so we can keep our windows and door cards
