  3. wof issue I;d imagine make sure you check tha you're driveshaft isnt bottoming in the gearbox housing at full compression of the suspension onto the new length bumpstops = bad
  4. I had a set, plus rear seat trimmed to match, for a mk1..... feb '04 floods killed them though.... they were low back reclining buckets- fully mean umm, try the mini guys up your way, I think there's a pace called swift automotive?? they do heaps of mini stuff anyways- and would be able to hook you up wth period 60s race buckies... fully awesome
  5. Looks good dude... any decent size pics of it sitting on the current suspension setup at all? pics you have on there are with it up on a hoist... lovin the wheels!
  6. holden rebadges isuzus and vauxhalls.... from two completely different countries... nice gem tho, dont usualy like them but damn, this one is nice
  7. I wouldn;t think they would fit - problem being that chevette's are vauxhall, and gem's are Isuzu..... go figure..
  8. you'll be needing cupped hands and a towel mate...

  10. awesome dude!!! best GTO ever!
  11. lpg shuld be sweet, you've already got all the bits there - just hook it up in the same way, and take it somewhee to get tuned properly - most likely the place that you get your lpg wof from
  12. spax are quite prominent in the u.k, apparently they're awesome as.... rock new ones, no point pissing roud with teh old ones, would probably work out more expensive get h&r springs too... do it do it!!!!!
  13. nissan terrano. umm clutch brand i fogot.. some heavy duty UK made clutch plate (red & blue box) the clutch is in the box perfectly and the hydraulic fluid has been bled and ajdusted. Ill have to check the hydraulic pipe to see if its returning properly. also i have a doubt that there might have been a sligh bit of grease or something on the pressure plate thats making the clutch plate slip cause i used an old one that was in good nick but didnt sand it down, just cleaned it hah, i'd never do a clutch plate and not the pressure plate, just causes problems, as you're experiencing now
  14. I agree with you.I think it looks awesome also, assuming you think other men's penis' look as cool as teh celeste
  15. agreeance right hurr.. chop teh exhaust, one resonator and poke it out the side, take off al the trim you can, strip the interior gangster tint (read: paint) the rear windows, all that badass shit take it gravel bashing on a wet day for that authentic rally "gravel filth" look. take it for a few laps on a friday night - ladies will walk past squelching like a wet gumboot due to their sheer lut for teh fiat stz yo feds will be all over you like a fat kid on a snowman with sugar pured on top. - that means they like it, not coz it's dodge
  16. alot of 'chargers have electromagnetic clutches like on a/c compressors - 4AGZE ones do, and cut out at idle.... got one sitting at home on it;s arse if anybody's keen
  17. same principle as diffs - the ratio of teeth from crown whel to pinion changes to give a faster/slower ratio - quick rack = more teeth on the pinion.... thats how i see it anyway
  18. rude......
  19. konis pwn.... and well priced too if you know the right people
  20. why not just visit some real wreckers......
  21. hmm, it's releasing completely??? possibly the slave sticking or somehting silly like that.... either way, it sounds like it's definitely the clutch, make sure u sort it before it burns it out completely...
  22. clutch slipping check the usual things
  23. check it's chargin (alternator) light alone isnt enough. then when its not running and everyhtings turned off, check whether it's drawing a current off the battery - alternator again. check your earth & starter lead contact etc, clean the terminals and get the battery tested (any decent workshop can do this) sorted. holla
  24. hmm, yeah, definitely beats petrol cost wise on some vehicles though...
