Been a bit damn cold lately, blue escort engine now runs for the first time since it was rebuilt back in 06 so now thats ready for driveline yanked from it and the rest cut up, need to dry fit the engine in the other shell to ensure its correct, whether to change the way its mounted etc, just a worked pinto and old celica box! Otherwise just collecting bits for the hoes new engine! Almost there with that too

Time to get back to work on this

Trailer has been welded up, just been put to the side for now waiting a tidy up and paint, Started the 4 door now, gotta make that mint, most the small spots of rust are sorted, gathering the energy to panelbeat and paint but going away for awhile for work, will be back on it when I get back for sure

Couple new projects all of a sudden

Bit of updating i guess, Suspension fixed, better leaf springs reset by archers in rotorua, new front cobra springs after resetting the old ones and ruining them, so back to how it should be for the time being, Christmas out of the way and have gotten into acquiring parts for the ST170 engine conversion, but the gdp exchange rate and shipping is killing me, and far to deep to stop and give up now, All retroford, engine mounts, water rail, sump, alternator kit, still need a couple more things Going through tyres too quickly, opps, Nice roadtrip down south was awesome, Just enjoying it till im ready to pull it off the road and learn about cert crap

A few bourbons, trademe and here we are again, had to pick this up from a depot this evening, guess we in a bit deep now but will try I'll call it the mini barra!

Wow, fixing this trailer up atm, and this popped up in a random search for something else, buzzy

It's been great thrashing the ol beast about, but highly conflicted on stripping it down again, a quick repaint so it actually looks nice, or a repower, really would like to find a cheap zetec engine, at the same time I'd like to trade it for a boat 🤔
