  1. I need alot more practice with adjusting the welding settings . I'm too embarrassed to put the final product up here. I thought I had it sussed but turns out I was full of shit , pretty gutted to be honest but as the wife put it ... were u expecting it to go super smooth ? Back to the drawing board..
  2. Welllllll, I tacked it in nicely.. Started welding it in in different spots as per normal. Turned down the welder abit as as blowing holes left right and center... oops too cold now... finished it up and ground back the welds wayyyyy to far. Rookie mistake now metal way too thin and holes appearing. Time to take a step back and reevaluate what I'm up too. Fucked it up completely , had a bourban and a couple of beers to drown my sorrows. Look at it again in the morning and figure out what im going to do... #weldingnotaseasyasIthought. FUCK
  3. I shall weld in the patch to the inner wing this weekend , super excited how it turned out.

Tonight I spent a long time making a patch for the left hand side inner wing pannel. I enjoyed it too be honest and not putting any pressure on myself to get it done... no rush = good job ! Anyways here's some pics !
