  1. Pickup was a piece of piss. When the money cleared I received the receipt documents. Printed them off, turned up they got the vehicle out and I drove it home. The title and bill of sale were in their office and I had them couriered out so all is well.
  2. My research shows that the front spindles are the same. The leaves are possibly different with all the options heavy duty etc. I'll give them a bell thanks
  3. Yes they are. There was a shit load of tools etc in it and the guy was a mason I believe so probably would of loaded it up
  4. That's who I was thinking about but forgot the name of. My g20 apparently is the same suspension as the c10 so they should have stuff
  5. the only part the engine oil cant reach! back on topic. The progress looks great man! just keep it in the garage this time
  6. I'll give bunce etc a call tomorrow re springs, does anyone have recommend any other jokers that do leaves?
  7. That's what I'm thinking too. Its too long to try go sideways over stuff
  8. I was planning on coming but am too tired now. Will have to be next time
  9. Nah not really. Maybe camping shit and a mattress If we go away
  10. In b4 tang and desprang. Also to quote @Jmax507 "bags are for groceries" so no airbags. Also cbf with getting a cert
  11. I'll have to double check the lists, I was using three to get all the codes
  12. Instead of cleaning it I replaced the cap, coil, rotor, leads, and plugs. The air/smog pump lines are a a bit of a pain to work around but I got there in the end. I wernt to replace the air filter and noticed all the seals around the tbi unit and air filter base were perished/gone and its been eating dust for a while. I'll give it a good clean and see what I can find in the way of seals. I replaced the brake fluid in the master as it was nasty, I'll give it a good bleed another day when I have a helper I replaced all the shocks, that went smoothly. I still need to finish off the air lines for the rear shocks. Front is in And the passengers side rear. I think they were going for longest shock bolt award too. It goes through the frame and into the wheel well. I went to do the drivers side and noticed this. Thoughts on the spring? Be a cheap cunt and pull that leaf out on both sides and use as is? Replace it with a random leaf thats about the same size? Get reset/lowered springs to match? I'll have to arrange getting the tyres flipped so the whitewall is on the outside at some point too
  13. It does, barely feel a bump.
  14. mayte cheaper if you fry them at home in a bit of dex 3, dont need the paper then
  15. Turns out I was lying about it being a treefiddy. I had a look at the build plate and figured out all the codes. It looks like its a povo pack with a few extras. 305? 16. fair point, but in nz we aren't likely to have big arse fires I guess we are likely to have a flood etc but if the weather is that shit you shouldn't be camping anyway arguably. and its all digital now and wont get reception I barely watch tv at home tbh, once a week maybe when we got to the mrs family for dinner so its not something I feel the need to take camping. Bloody newspapers are only good for starting fires.
  17. Also +1 on te no tv while camping. Kinda defeats the point... But so does a van lol. you can always drive off/away so its not the end of the world
  18. Then you won't mind being outside in the rain
  19. That's why you bring the Mrs
  20. I'll need someone to draw up a mural with lots of titties
  21. Probably won't go full camper spec but a extra battery is always useful. It's big but not big enough for a TV imo
  22. It just fits down the side of the house... I got some more pics today in the daylight. Dat ass For some reason I really like the twin pipes hanging out Lush chairs If you line the side doors up and press the retaining strap in the right spot they open up really wide, Wide enough to hit the passengers mirror hence the open front door Crappy under bonnet(hood) shot and the worlds longest dipstick. Its longer than my leg. It smells the same as my old c10. I guess a mix of 350 horsepower sweat (have to find somewhere for the power to go thats not the wheels) and dust. I had plans of washing it today but had a nap instead
  23. Bloody good idea. My uncle had a BBQ on rollers in his Bedford. That was good to use so I might steal that idea too
  24. No we didn't get that far lol. We got to see the hospital instead They do all works servicing and I had a chat when dropping a vehicle off and they quoted a high amount for the c10. From memory it was nearly 5 or 6k with tanks under the bed.
