In Halswell Chch, No reg, carb is seized and front shocks started to leak. What do you think its worth?

I have had this bike in the shed for years and never got around to working on it. Is anyone looking for a project?

Looks like it. I was told it was the right stuff. But getting braided line now.

I was driving home Friday night when I started to smell fuel. I looked at the fuel gauge and it was dropping. When I pulled over I could see a trail of fuel. Popped the hood to find. I lost 1/2 a tank of fuel. But was lucky it split near the inner guard.

How much power are you after? I have two resonators and a hi flow rear muffler. Had five rear mufflers on the dyno and picked the 80db with 4.5psi back pressure system. Could had less back pressure but were over 88db and didnt want people to hear me before they see me.

I have 550cc injectors, gt28 turbo, link g4 with boost controller, front mount, 3" exhaust, low mount extractors and has been on dyno three times for tuning. Needs forged internals and high mount with external wast gate to really have reliable hp

No motor mods. It has been tuned to 20 psi but its not drive-able over 15. I have adjustable boost controller but still get a handle on the wheel spin.

Well the old alternator died and I found that is cheaper to buy a new one. Than recon the old one. Whats the world coming to. Melissa seems to like it. I wish it was coilovers, tyres or an lsd diff but.

I have been to a Chch meet. It was great to put faces to tags on old school.

Here is a dyno sheet after tuning to day. Red is 5 psi what creeps to 12 psi dam internal wastgate green is 12 psi Tan is 20 psi but limited to 17 at 5750 rpm exhaust wont flow

Had a test fit of the mags Front Rear I love the rear but the front sits out more than I like

I got a new set of mags just need to sort out rubber.

Just ordered a new pair of indicator lens from ebay as I have one that broken.

I got the WOF. But the next time out. The bottom hose was from the water pump to the turbo. luckily it happened as I was parking back in the shed. When I was replacing it I found the heat hose was about to let get go.

Like to. Maybe next year. Have a six week old thats taken up all my time.

Hey Sheepers Yeah got one thanks. Just over $30 what I didnt think was bad.

An update. I have been working on the car but no pics. Pulled the turbo off and got it reconed at turbo care. Removed inter-cooler and all the piping to look for the missing bits never found any. Removed the spark plugs and stuck a camera in to have look (so I didnt need to take the head off). Still no bits? Reassemble it all replaced the water, oil and run to temp. Went for a drive to get gas and forgot to put the wastgate pipe back on seems to be running well.When to get a wof today need front brake hoses and pitman arm. discuss, viewtopic.php?f=18&t=32253

Well I got park and dash lights working again. Its only been eight months what has made drive at night fun. It was a broken wire from the switch to the relay.

What ideas do you have for a new ride? I found thinking of what car to buy is the hard part then its just time till you find it. I looked for 3 years before finding mine.
