hey thanks for the info,ill be doing pretty much all of it myself..im a qualified mechanic.is most of it wiring that is the problem,how much cutting of the body is involved as duno if i wanna cut up me eskie lol

hey,has anyone on here put a 4age into a escort.if so how much is involved and aprox how much is spent making this change over thanks just brain storming what to do to my road weapon to make it a bit faster without modifying a whole lot.if you have done this mod ,have you had to do the rear brakes to disc also. thanks

hey been doing a bit of work on my escort over the weekend and noticed the engine sump sits on the steering rack.The engine mounts are spaced out with steel but still not enough to clear the sump.Can you get longer engine mounts for to clear the sump and are they 1600 ones or 1300 ones or what lol.The engine im running is a 1600 any help greatly appreciated

are you talking about the rocker cover leaking or the front timing cover leaking.I replaced the rocker cover gasket as could smell oil burning .The smell dissapeared when i did it but now has returned and i am thinking these seals you are talking about are the culprit !
