sentra Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 helping a friend get his subaru with a link ecu running, i am suspicious that an injector is stuck open or leaking badly, in my pleb car experience i would just pull the rail off and have a look, but this seems extremely difficult with a subaru motor due to where they are. maybe we can block the return line and do a leak down? punkoutnz Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 Turn key to on position so pump primes up with in line fuel pressure gauge and see if pressure drops quickly or holds for a while? If pressure drops quickly then check fuel injectors. Could also see if any of the plugs are more fouled than others I suppose but this might only show up if an injector really is leaking bad. 2 Quote
