di0n
I'm looking at building custom adjustable coilovers for the front of my R31 wagon. Shortening the struts isn't a problem, neither is adding the sleeves and springs etc. What I need advice on is where I can find a decent insert for them. Looking at running around a 8-10kg/mm spring so none of the factory replacement shocks will cope. From what I've read, even Bilsteins and Konis aren't rated to much over 4-5kg. What are other people using? Where can I get them at a reasonable price?

Rhyscar
if you talk to someone at autolign/racelign they will custom valve your bilsteins for whatever spring rate and damping rates you want. You pay proper money for this around $700/corner but the results are definately worth while.
