MRWEST Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Mates got a MK2 Cortina with a 1600 in it, also has been converted from auto to 4 speed manual. Its runnign a floor shift box which we are told might be a GTE box?? Does that sound right? As the other models were column shift manual?? Anyways the gearbox mount is rangi home made from the last owner and failed a wof. Surely there must be a factory xmember that would work with little to no mods.
