downtrail
when you connect with tuner studio before yo start car goto datalogging and press start it'll name the file with the date and time. then try start it make sure its doing the weird thing. then goto stop log. then send that file to me along with your tune file. it'll be named currrent tune.msq in your project folder. z18et1200coupe
I talked to the Megasquirt fella and he thinks the computer is sounding normal. He thinks that with lots of continuous cranking it's normal to get a few spikes due to the massive current drawn from the starter. So pretty much everything seems normalish. One thing I want to check is the timing. It shouldn't have changed but I want to check with a timing light.. Anyone have one that I could borrow for some beers or whatever? The only other thing that it could be is maybe a couple of sticky valves, which seems very unlikely.. So I might just take it to a workshop if nothing else works!
