kseries.rookie Posted December 30, 2012 Author Share Posted December 30, 2012 The old man came on down to be my "consultant" so he did lead me to the right direction a couple of times but all the hard yack was done by myself . It's going to be a really interesting time putting the 5 speed in, with literally a millimetre either side to work with! Also took the starter motor apart, gave it a really good clean - brought the copper back from black to copper and going to replace the brushes. Thanks again for the advice.
