dylann
I have a bit of a dilemma, i recently removed the centres of some SSR MK2Rs to sandblast/paint/clean barrels etc, just finished polishing the first one and thought about putting the centres back in. So i tried it, and o noz they dont fit! I have a centre sitting in the freezer hoping to shrink it in, anything else i could try in the meantime? Dont want to scratch my shiny winy lips. Jase
bands in the oven at 50 degrees C for ten or so minutes should move them a bit
Simon
Yes, the oven trick will work. Did you mark them to make sure they were going back into the same band in the same location? Do that next time if not. If you have painted the centers then the layer of paint can be thick enough to cause issues also.
