Well after much pressure from KK im posting up some pics of Lisa's long term 240c Wagon project and her 260C sedan. Got the wagon a few months back and just recently got the sedan.

A few Datsun club members no of or have seen these two already.

I know, I know no more projects, this wagon needs lots of work but is worth it i this as they are very rare in nz

Had made a start on the rust - those ramps make things pretty easy.

Well is looks like it last had some work (if you can call it that) in 2003 - due to the Christchurch Press 2003 jammed in the front of the sill :o :o

It also had some funky bondo plastic sellys no more nails shiz in there - typical of a home job aye ;) ;)

Well its gotta be done so will start grinding her back along the sill and see what else is there

Been a while Soooooo......

We sold this one a couple of months back due to the rust etc - it went to auckland to a car dealer for restoration

Meanwhile i brought this 230 sedan which initially was going to go back on the road but decided better to save a few other 230's around (parts gone to Ivans (RBLOVER) blue sedan and to Snoozins red sedan so far. It wasnt rust but was missing heaps and was fully seam welded - like fully - not stitch, fully welded and wasnt welded great so was never going back on the road, had had a fire inside when he was welding the floor and burnt out all the interior.

Illl be using the rebuilt front xmember and front arm assemblies aswell as a couple of doors bonnet and guards etc for the 240 wags

Came with great bumpers and surrounds for the front too.

imag0254om.jpg

Also brought these sweet rims - 16x7 3 piece welded - but may be able to flip them - already got tyres on in 205/55r16 - they are a jap brand will put up details soon

Also still got the dash and a few other bits left over from the derby car from 2009 - heres some pics for the guys that havent seen it

Home sweet home - got the girls all in one bay of the 2bay shed - sorry for the mess, still sorting / throwing / recycling / burning / cleaning / and finding everything a home.

God it takes forever after a move of house.
