avengertiger Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 hi all im in the process of tidying up my 91 trooper and want to replace timing belt have never done it before but have rad and covers off,any mechanics in around nelson,motueka on here that would come to the house and fit it just literally take old belt off and put new one on to make sure i dont bugger up timing i cant for the life of me see the marks on the bottom pulley.not looking for it done for free by the way. avengertiger Posted February 16, 2011 Author Share Posted February 16, 2011 got it done hardest part was getting belt on me bloody arms are killing me from leaning over the front panel,should be good to go now belts,tensioner,idler done,adjsuted steering box,greased linkages,all the filters and oil,new engine mount that will do her for a while....
