d.p.n.s
topic viewtopic.php?f=18&t=18031 ok so i managed to get into the garage today and started to strip the front end off once it was all off i trial fitted the front panel and it will be a nice fit. there is still a lot of rust to fix in the front befor the new panel goes back on and as you can see there is a lot of room there now for intercooler/radiator/fan as for the box section x/member at the front im thinking of just replacing with steel tube thought i would try it with the rs guard on just for shits and giggles starting to look like a escort again in the past week i have also cleaned and flushed the block and gave it a paint i will be give the bores a wee hone in the morning . i also stuck a head on so i can see what needs doing to the manifold i will need to cut the flange off the manifold and cut the manifold on an angle so the flang is back on on a 45 then the turbo will sit perfectly and ill be able to use the evo dump pipe aswell so thats it for now cheers dan viewtopic.php?f=18&t=18031
