eke_zetec_RWD Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Upcoming this weekend we have the Annual Laws Road 1/4 mile sprint still an amateur event compared to the Masterton motor plex event (weekend after) Laws Rd 1/4 Mile on Sunday 16 Nov, from 10am, $30 entry. We are expecting a few well prepared cars from Wellington who were present at the recent Performance Car Super lap event: Spectating is currently free (Paddock Grandstand) Helmet and Overalls are required for competitors and all classes are welcome (bikes/quads/4WD's/turbos/V8's etc.) Scrutineering from 9am with no elimination's, single car sprints with accurate times recorded (with recent purchase of light beam equipment via Pub Charities Donation) Primary Sponsor is Total Automotive, of Dannevirke providing $300 worth of Spot prizes, so not necessarily the fastest wins!
