heres the EWP mounted with the hoses

jsut need to make a small bracket or use good old cable ties to hold it tight

against the pipes so she dont move around at all. might piss of the steel pipe and just have hose,

undecided on that matter so far.

can also see how the radiator is all mounted up

mycar060.jpg

pretty much the only way i could mount the oil cooler was like this

just pondering wether or not i need to bother with the primary rail now or just

block it off and the plate feeds into each runner :?

top half of manifold sandwhiches between the two, only raises the lot 20mm or so

just have to go to bolt man on saturday and get some longer cap screws to bolt it all together :D

allrighty got motivated over the last few days, etched primed the boot and underneath

and then sealed all the joins with silicone

so after that decided to go get some stainless flat bar to bend up, once i got it home discovered there was no way in hell i was going to get 90' bends out of it without mashing the living shit out of it, so off to the steel benders it went. And the end prodcut was these super good quality and followed my measurements to the t

Didnt want a rattley tank so covered them all in a good old camping foam mattress, managed to get a grey colour so it doesnt look so gay

so once they were glued down and slid over the tank (a nice tight fit) it was time to stick her in the whole..which the tank didnt agree with as the foam added a tiny bit to much to the width...buuuuut that was nothing a grinder and a few wacks couldnt sort out

Just have to go to bolt man and get 8 big as hex screws, the plan is to have one going all the way threw both brackets with two nuts on it one tightning the bottom and the other holding the top in place...(explained that real gay pics will show what i mean)

decided to dummy up everything else in place

looks like a P lab now hahaha :D

And thats it for now, purchased me the gearbox rubber mount so i can finally make the bracket for that this weekend, and got me a cut off saw  so next pay day should see a whole heap of exhaust pipe and dynamat so i can finish off the boot + carpet :D

Cheers for looking
