lowlancer Posted October 13, 2007 Share Posted October 13, 2007 My flatmate is rollin out in a month or so, so need someone to move in. Small 2 bedroom place with epic deck that gets sun all day. Parking is shit, either on the road above the house or on the road below it which is more secure. Right next to Northland shops, quiet area and pretty nice About a 20 min walk to end of Lambton quay, 30 min walk to courtney place. House is small, easy maintenance wise. Have the choice of big bedroom at 140 a week or small bedroom at 125 a week. Big one is well lit and lots of windows, small one is fine too, windows open onto deck. Bathroom is a bit damp, but nothing major. Pretty basic little place but nice and private and proximity to ameneties=ftw. I have a 33" tv, couch, and 2 chairs so that makes things easy. Probably worst part is lack of parking/place to work on car I guess but road below the house is really quiet and a one way with turnaround area, so that's where I do all my stuff Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
