Jase
collected bends from the shed and had a play with ideas for extractors will just copy these with the bends i have
Jase
no mitre joints here and all tacked up through the guard yet to add a collector. These panel clamps are gold but would be even better with a ball swivel on the ends, just as they pull the bends apart unless theres parallel surfaces to clamp to. Jase
so i started on the tight side one more primary to go, moved the booster(gemini) back and hooked to the brake pedal and modified bracket to bolt to the firewall.
Jase
bastard last primary hooked up wheel fitment potential 2" from tire to top of inner guard, 3" from chassis to ground, top of inner guard can be cut out and will have to build adjustable top arms
Jase
my welds are like my penis ugly but effective, after thoughts of going tig or gas i opted for some practice with the mig then onto my jigged set, great success i'm happy with the way they are progressing
Jase
bought some 30mm spacers = might need pump the guard a little bit or make a very small flare, relishing the thought of giving it a go though seem to be hitting my straps on the welding front, going to also look into flipping the bottom arm to give a little more ground clearance will probably cap the whole arm if i do and make a steam tube spring seat
Jase
better indication chassis is 70mm chocked off the ground,(till i lip the guards) 2" blocks yet to go in but may yet mill them back to 1.5" and the chaly with the ct110 suspension conversion half done
