ok heres a few of the cooling work that cookes radiators have been doing for me,

the core is early hiace van brand new with modified tanks to fit between the subframe,

the cooler is fc3 7 spec with the inlet mounted on the side,

the cooler will be bolted to the radiator and will drag air through 5

100mm holes in the bumper,

the plate will go below the bumper in the centre

it all mounts behind the grill and bumper although i will fold up a stainless valance or have an alloy one made with an adjustable splitter

started with my braking stuff for the front,

vt commodore 2 pot callipers (need to slot each hole approx 1mm for mounting )

standard gemi hubs at the mo but could use the piazza ones if i cannot match rotors,

rotors are to be dba280's,

300mm dia

28mm thick

46mm from back of the hub to back of the rotor

these are x 500sl mercedes lol

a little machine time and they should be all done fairly soon

bro in laws helping me out with the 5 stud conversion by cnc'ing me some hubs and shortening and resplining 28 spline axles to suit the borg unless i can find a supplier in nz of cutom length ones ready to cut down. pics to come

you get the idea,

engine will be getting a big shove back and a bit of firewall will have to go similarly the trans hump will be being enlarged.

subframe connectors and a cage to tie the body up will also have to make the list
