Hey guys Im looking too get a bit more power into my cressy, was thinking the cheap route with the 7mgte turbo because im pretty sure it will bolt straight on, but ive also heard that a 5mge doesnt respond well too boost and chances are ill only be running factory internals. Is it maybe better too go down the 7m route or ultimately a 1jz? I already have a Supercharged 7m so looking at something different If i was too stay 5m would I gain much power just from porting the head, some cams and a bigger throttle body? cheers guys

Hey guys, I just recently got green stickered in the cressida for being a boss (too low) so I need too chuck the standys back in too go get a WOF. Problem is I dont have any tools at my flat or much space I was wondering if I could borrow someones socket set and a spring compressor for a little bit and ill do it in my free time after work or if someone could do it for me as im quite busy sorry if this is too much too ask Will pay too use someones tools or pay even more if they could do it for me as im quite busy Cheers Sam

Hey there - Apologies if this is wrong section or if this has already been covered - Me and my old man are looking at purchasing a mini as he used too play around with them when he was my age we are looking at a mini 998 as he remembers everything how too get these going well i.e fitting the MG1100 head and has all the old performance books etc However parts used too be easy too get mostly from the UK and around the place but that was 20 or so years ago where is the best place too get aftermarket parts now days that are basically brand new? or get work done on a mini too a high standard would much appreciate your thoughts Thanks sam

Firstly Sorry if I havent listed my buildup correctly and If anything needs too be changed just tell me or mods can change it Now onto the car: Looking at getting some rear springs asap and sorting the rest of the shit out carpet done etc

Day 3 of owning the car: The fucking exhaust mounts snapped off only seemed too have one weld for the whole damn exhaust came off while I was 50min from home so had too do a little home job with abit of wire Day 5 of owning the car: Noticed the car was starting too miss a little jacked it up had a fiddle round with the carb No air filter Day 7 of owning the car: It is officially un drivable its missing under load checked spark plugs the point gap was a little out checked timing made it a little better not much though bought an air filter was all dirty and paint was shit so sprayed it with a can. Day 9 of owning the car: Seriously getting pissed off that the car is missing under load but cant eliminate its not a electrical problem or a carb problem so went out and replaced point gaps, plugs, fuel filter, coil, Dizzy, Condenser No change what soever! Day 15 of owning the car: After almost getting fed up with the car I decided it was time too look at the carb so I pulled the carb off and blew all the shit out needed a new throttle linkage cable so replaced that put it back together gave it a good tune and shes away! Day 16 of owning the car: Replaced battery old one was on its last legs Had a new exhaust made up didnt like the old fart cannon and bought a ramflo filter not fitted yet and scored some free springs Day 20: Had the Rear shocks replaced with Munroe Gas shocks and new springs coming soon Monster truck height till new springs

Hey Oldschool First off sorry if wrong section I need some help on some choices of made first off lets start with my car its a 83 Kp61 sprint with modgies with 205/50/13 and right now its sitting on cuttties and rubbing like a bitch im looking too raise it up a bit away from the guard without it being too high Would some Dobi Superlows all round work? I have shortened shocks in the rear and standards on the front so im guessing the front springs would flop around a bit my question is would the superlows be enough clearence or should I find some lows. My second option would be to change too a lower profile tyre too fit the modgies but tyres would be around $115 each unless I can get them any cheaper something lke a 185/60/13 would work Whats your guys view on these options? My car is just for the street cheers sam
