or do the most obvious and time saving thing. cut the springs and get shocks shortened.. free to chop the springs and only like $40 per shok to get shortened.. or just buy short shox.

Im jst tryna find sumthing that wont be toooo expensive to buy but thatl be one of the only hunters thatld dose in the streets. wudnt mind a 4agze but it may be to small..

im also looking at putting something newer into my hunter, perhaps ca18 or 4age?

i have a 78 hillman hunter in near perfect condition and i am wondering if anybody has any ideas on what kind of engines would go in without too much dramas? maybe if you know of somebody who has done a similar thing?

you could get rid of all your suspension and put custom made suspension in =D

i need a cross member for a hillman hunter GL.. the engine mounts have snapped off my supporting cross member and i need either the same cross member, or one that can do the same job.. can anyone help??

just joind this site i gta 78 hunter mint condition jut rebuilt the engine 500kms ago runs sweet got wiv blown head gasket indicators didnt work wheel cylinders gone, pads gone, no wof no reg, all completly standard now it got : Head welded, plained and fitted with new gasket carburettor reset and adjusted pull off springs re adjusted new pads new rear wheel cylinders crank leak repaired exhaust stopped smoking rear bumper refinished water leak fixed new thermostat housing and water pump new radiator hoses new spark plugs engine and cooling systems flushed autogauge gauges installed (water temp, oil pressure, volts,vac/boost- (dash mounted)) type R 5" tachometer installed (dash mounted) 13" Cheviot modgies with brand new bridgestone 185/60/R13s New front suspension ball joints painted rocker cover new gaskets over heating problem solved good oil pressure and no blow by New air filter New oil and oil filter braked bled aftermarket water temperature sensor installed and oil pressure sensor installed for autogauge gauges bonnet cable fixed choke and idle mixture reset timing corrected with timing light indicators fixed with new switch
