  1. yuck no. however, I can see why people would want to do it. Nice little revvy engine in a nimble car would make quite a combination.
  2. Will look into it. Think we are out of prepsol, hence why my mate was cleaning his car with petrol today
  3. The other side is missing this piece and it looks ass underneath. Will leave it on until I do a panel paint.
  4. So I know it's not under a 500mm truck or anything. However, said stand is 1200mm at highest point.
  5. Fully agree. If I had the money I would jump on them like a cow in heat. But alas, some things have to come and pass. Can't have everything you want. However, hopefully have a little suprise in store.
  6. was at 1k 3 hours before close. Along with all the extra fees I just couldn't afford it.
  7. not getting those meisters. They ended up going for WAY too much
  8. maybe and most probably spoiler?? Nah that's staying. I dig the factory spoiler.
  9. My $50 comfort item Fitting it was a real bitch, however, it came out quite good in the end.
  10. Yea that's kinda what I'm expecting. But hey, you can always hope to strike out on a deal.
  11. ah right. made of anti matter?? Umm like I said in the process. Auction is still going. Just hoping I get them.
  12. What do you mean pullable? As in able to pull it off? or as in get the guard wide enough.
  13. They are 15's in 8 and 9 j offset I assume : 9J オフセット-25 2本 8J オフセット-12 2本
  14. In process of getting works. See how it spans out. Hope it's fruitfull.
  15. what do you guys think? Is only 5.5j. How hard is it to widen mags? here are a few others im condsidering : These are all 14 or 15"
  16. If it's rotating from clockwise would the major thust side not be on the passengers side, as this is where the piston will hit coming down? Wait, UJ is correct. Gudgeon on drivers side. When piston travels down the bore on a power stroke it is offset to the passengers side ( major thust side ). With the Gudgeon being offset this allows it to be centralised over the crank. I think aswell??
  17. AFM wires are no prob, mainly 4-core with a shielding earth, would be easy to extend. Actually seems like a good idea having a CAI on the right.
  18. I guess the concept behind more holes = more air stays true, however the placement of the box just fails. As you can see, the factory intake sucks air straight out of sheet metal. Also, box is pretty much ontop of exhaust manifold, "factory air heater for increased economy"?? also doesn't help that the holes I cut are pretty much blocked anyway They also suck air from around the manifold
  19. yup. the base of it. Makes no noticible difference at all.
  20. Had a go at making some swiss cheese today. Don't know what difference it will make, apparently it's suppose to help
  21. haha, challenge not accepted. Don't really do rotors. Can appreciate them, but don't do them.
  22. an exert from my a book by jeff hartman: " ... equiped with a blow-off valve to increase the life of the turbocharger by limiting the surge forces against the compressor and bearings from sudden throttle closure, which produces instant high manifold vacuum downstream of the throttle and a high spike of overpressure upstream of throttle " So nothing that phil hasn't already said.
