On top of the Port Hills earlier today

500km of Shakedown riding in the last 3 days has been great success. Nothing has rattled loose and everything is working as it should. Picking up my new seat on Wednesday then got the Smash Palace Bike show on Saturday then loading up on Sunday. Aiming to ride 50-60 km a day between now and Sunday. Massive shout out to @BLIZZO for the carb of my dreams ! Such smooth power delivery now. Bring on the Cape guys !

Had a rad ride across the city and back today with another Rumbler who is coming on the trip. Got some confidence on my bike and have started popping wheelies pretty easily and got it leaned over good on a few roundabouts. fizzzzzzzzzzing for the good times ahead

New Bliz Speed carb is fitted. Messenger tuning has taken place and now waiting for a break in the weather to test ride it. While the weather is shit I took the time to pack my spare fastners & fittings & tools and spare parts. Should have all bases covered if my bike were to let me down

Nah sorry mate thats about eleventy million times the size of a Tamagotchi. Tell him to fly down and canoe home. Much cheaper and more life enriching experience

I guess that would depend on the size. Probably no room for gearboxes sorry but could fit a couple of Tamagotchi's for ya. Yeah we got 5 bikes. 5 Burly dudes. 6 days of underwear. 5 slabs of Lion Browns. Not much room for much else sorry

Shakedown rides are going well. Have settled on gearing and Blake the GC is sending me a carb that may increase my top end a bit more. Prob done a 100 trouble free Kms with nothing rattling loose. This morning I registered a new plate for the bike so will start taking to work and rack up a few hundred Km before we load up and head north in 15 days !

Im just gonna carry all of the tools to be honest. Scored a 15t and 16t from one of the Rumblers and will road test in the morning

Shakedown kms are going well. Sorted lighting issue out. Just sorted front brake issue. Next is to play around with front sprocket ratios as I feel like im only hitting 90km top end and it doesnt sound like its revving very high. Will remove the 17t I fitted and try the 15t that came with the motor. I feel its the big 2.75 Tyres that are sucking my top end

Im ready.. Shakedown Kms start when mrs is home from work in a hour

And pretty much done. Seat get retrimmed on sunday and new number plate next week. Time to start some shakedown Kms before East Cape
