Shit yeah go all out with a bling new engine bay, may as well do it all at once and prevent other areas just turning the same in a few years time. probably be in the way for rust repairs and all that anyway?

A quote from @Hayholes mum
"its gonna look pretty standard, but will be slightly longer in the back end to fit motor, will have 12" wheels with way fatter tires and lowered.. should look sick. will reg as 50cc and then get pussy hard"

''only og thing that will remain is the chassis and bodywork... so i might have a bunch of parts that this kicker chap might want.''

Total retard moment. I have a sky team 125 in a honda c50.
Its leaked all its oil out. Have a new seal coming tomorrow but I need some oil.
What would people recommend? Prefer something that's easy to find lol.
Thanks babes.

Motul from Boyals, lama engineering or motozone
thrash the crap out of my engines and never had one fail on that oil

Ordered some Cobras, 1 inch drop and they are the perfect length for keeping standard sett up captive
Took it for a quick test drive, springs feel a bit firmer, Really need to get onto that double garage for these two
After
Not slammed but by the time it's got two passengers in the front it sits quite a bit lower and is still functional
Picked up a sweet key ring (NOS i think?)

All the dish! Looking good!

Nice score, some handy 'Why isn't my bike running' replacement parts

Always liked this thing since seeing it IRL a few years back, has heaps of neat details that you can't be made out in the photos like honey comb composite panels that are transparent. And just rad 80s design.

Has anyone given DIY Zinc plating a go before?
Keen to give it a go, be handy on the bikes and cars lying around, just wondering how solid a coating you can actually achieve for outdoor use not just show.

Was great catching up with ya Mr Richardo.
Look forward to seeing your updates also

Had to modify a tool to make a tool for removing hub caps with the dish . . . took a bit of head scratching. Better keep it under the seat

What tires did you end up with in the end russ?
Just some budget '175/70R13 Vitour seto racing 82T white side wall 3' from STA parts, @ $71 each!
Went with the 70's to try and reduce guard gap
