  1. How on earth do you do it? You can't use the lancer arms as the sigma has slightly different mounting points, do you have to make up some custom arms or somthing? Crikey Dick!
  2. My mates got some twin strombergs and extractors, we don't know what they're off, interested?
  3. Gives you low as compression, I had a 1600 turbo 4G62, and put a 4G37 head on and the compression was too low, i even had 10 thou taken off it, I had to have the dizzy spun around as much as it could go.
  4. Are you gonna sell the yellow one and buy a commodore?

    4g63t turbos

The TD04 bolt straight on, but it's smaller than what you've got now.
  6. I'm pretty sure you can get a 195/50R15 which would be the way to go. You can definatly get a 195/55R15
  7. If you are talking twin choke sidedraught webbers, they would own an SU very hard, but a downdraught one would be crap. it depends on what webbers you are talking about.
  8. I'm considering entering the lancer in the burnout comp If I can get a trailer
  9. IT technically requires cert, but you can usually get away with it sweet as. It's a bolt in conversion, just make sure you keep the same engine mounts from your car otherwise it might sit funny.
  10. How did i get owned? I can't tell?
  11. I heard that hankook do a 195/45R14
  12. Going over to little akaloa, theres a bit of a party going on there.
  13. 3T-GTEU computer and loom and injectors. Also a turbo would be handy. Get the 8.3:1 compression ratio 2T-GEU as well. It's a pretty straightfoward conversion.

    exhausts

that not just the case bro, an exhaust on a turbo car works in the same way as on a n/a car. Yes you should have it a bit bigger but too big and you will suffer the effects of not enough back pressure just the same as anyone else. By your theory if you had no exhaust after your turbo it would be quick as and this simple isn't the case. 2.25 is too big for a 1300 turbo or not. On a turbo car you actually want as bigger exhaust as possible, you'll notice all the turbo drag cars etc don't really run an exhaust. You don't want any restriction after the turbo, this will restrict flow through the turbine and reduce performance, and I have talked to many people, and putting a bigger dump pipe and exhaust DID make their turbo spool earlier. It's different on NA cars to turbo cars, when I had no exhaust on my cordia turbo once I put the engine it, it was much faster than when I got the exhaust welded on.
  15. I'd just chuck it in and see how it goes

    satud adapters

It's not gonna put anymore strain on the bearings than the correct offset wheels.
  19. Fuck yes this is gonna be a wicked cruise.
  20. Engines are SO simple, you won't have a problem, just get a book out the library on one or buy one, it tells you everything you need to know, you won't regret it.
  21. I would have thought a mini would already have been short enough?
