I made an attempt at painting a spot lamp on my hilux orange / amber last weekend with some paint I spied at the local auto paint supplies. 

Turned out crap.

Would not trade again lol. Was possibly from it being a slightly cold day. 

Meh. After removing most of the paint the remaining paint left a 'rusty'  look around the outside / ring which is kinda cool.

Its been a while and was thinking maybe technology had changed from the old bmc shit I was always repairing lol.

Pretty sure I know the answer here,   but the wipers on my 84 hilux do not self park anymore. 

I would assume the problem is going to be in the motor and not the switch?
