Cheapest FedEx got me a wheel bearing/hub unit in 5 days.
Shame on me though I ordered the wrong one though and had to go purchase a genuine item for twice the price.

Here's another. It's a KP60 as it originally had a 2k and x code diff. And it's a drophatch with flat front conversion as has been established. Happy to share more pics if I can boot up my old laptop and answer any questions but I can imagine it's had a whole string of different engines etc since my ownership. Fond memories of this car for sure!

Man seeing that snippet of the numberplate, I am almost certain this is @Toucan's old KP61, can't be many other KP's 4AG swapped with those same plate letters.... Any signs of it having been a dark blue colour?
I was thinking that when reading the first post but couldn't spot anything to verify, but the plate confirms it! I have seen it pop up in various states on trademe over the years so it's awesome to see a thread on here again!
Sadly pics all dead in old thread

Have an NZ new 09 2.4 with 230kms, just had an ignitor coil die, and had to replace both O2 sensors when I got it (check light was on, reason for cheap sale) otherwise no dramas in 3ish years ownership. Haven't towed more than a garden trailer but we regularly load it up with full roofbox an gear for family an still goes fine
I like the look of the half leather of the import models

Ready to hit those like & subscribe buttons.
I like how rest of car is 'done' so we can kick things straight off with intake manifolds mocked up in engine bay etc

Wouldnt need much to liven up an Anglia.
Alot of suggestions are the same that have been done for the last two or three decades and are probably harder to source plus cost lots. Would be cool to see more modern options although I don't know how viable they are not coming as factory rwd configations.

Have you seen Andrews one? It's pretty great
Have messaged you pics

They don't make em like they used to etc etc...
Not a fan of all the new touchscreen ones, I'd want physical buttons/dials for volume an skip track minimum. Even with modern steering wheel controls. Would also try and demo one in store to see how it works. I mostly play from a USB an the navigation between songs/folders is awful on my cheap/no name one. On the other hand Bluetooth works quite smoothly but doesn't display track details which sucks.
If anyone has great model suggestions please post them up cause I am tempted to upgrade also. Would happily get an old high spec single din if it wasn't for reverse camera etc

Install fourth pedal in footwell to control a linkage to butterfly? Or convert to auto an use the old clutch pedal?

I would fill it, sand it, and flock it
Bonus is, it would be consistent with the vibe of your car I think.
This is my thoughts. @Rhyscar had a dash flocked recently I think

I kept seeing this car come up in my recommended listings on Facebook Marketplace, not sure what crimes I had committed for it to suggest me a landcrab.
Neat though, fond memories of burning around the Hamilton lake in one of these

Damn that black vitesse looked the business/less yuck than the others.
Hopefully some abandoned Land Rover with a great engine but parked in a field for 7 years due to trivial issue that boggled the owner but you can fix in a jiffy comes up for sale cheap in your future
