With an RS2000 Xmember i think you can use either sump as they are pretty similar if not the same i believe.

Do you mean the bolts that bolt the bracket to the block or the bolts from the altermator to the bracket? This is what i have done i replaced the 2 bolts from the alternator to the bracket with 1 long bolt this makes it easier to remove the alternator and i leave the bracket connected to the block. Small prob with the eskie i think its the alternator... Battery keeps going dead.. at first i thought it was just my battery dieing... cos i charged it and it still seemed weak... and the battery charge light on the dash started to flicker as i was driving.. but i have just changed the battery to another charged one... havn't driven it but i started it and it seemed good but the charge light is still flickering.. this mean the bat is not gettign charge right? which would mean my alternator needs replacing? which sucks cos i won't haev time to do it till the weekend and i ned to get to work! gonnahvae to park on alot of hills. One questioni had was even if my bat is dead and my alternator is fucked how doe sthe car still run if you push start it? where does it get power for the spark? Eskie alternators are gay to get off.. that dumb bracket with bolts that are to long... the nuts and bolts hit each other!

yeah considering manon told me his engine rebuild is costing him over $11000 in parts alone and thats just a rebuild of his already race engine and that doesn't include injecting it which is what he is doing now... $2000 for valve springs! He also has a 250hp pinto apparently. Housings made for the spring? leafs spring sdon't have housings... and if you were goign to make it 4 or 5 link you would need to have coilovers, which also need to be turreted.... i think

You know you can pick up another 2L Pinto with a 5 speed for just about nothing...? It is going to cost ALOT to put a cossie in... are you going to run it turbo? because alot of dudes in the uk run NA cossies which seems to be the thing to do... but it is VERY expensive... as i don't think the cossie engines came out as NA.. so alot of work is needed on the engine to make it run without a turbo.....
