Yes they were factory lsd, Drive shaft different to standard ute, from memory wagon driveshaft was closer.

ahhh memories, My first ever ute was a 76 one tonner. Was contract roofing and it was my daily. 202 and 4 speed. No rocket ship but extremely reliable. yours is the genuine article too, lots of wannabe models around. Should never have sold it, Missed it so much I had to go and get a later model version. I still have a few random parts from the 76,(headlight surrounds, mirrors, door handles, wiring bits and pieces, air cleaner), If your ever in Tauranga bring a bottle of Jim Beam and take what you want. Have got Lpg set up out of it too, everything but the tank. Here's a few of the bits I dug out. And my late model version, 5.7 and 6speed.

This guy was in steel and tube the other day when I happened to be there, had a quick chat with him. After reading through other OS threads about bush blocks, shed builds, house buses, etc, I figured that perhaps this information could be used by others in the future.

The section of pipe running uphill to the problem area we don't cut any holes in, this would have concentrated all the poos water in one area. No no no.

So now comes the technical bit, Using the grinder we cut slots on the pipe at 500mm intervals. Next we glue the sections of slotted pipe together and place them in the drain keeping this section pretty much level, (thanks to Ray the builder for use of his laser level). This is where the poos water will run too and evenly dispurse through the slotted holes if I have done everything correctly.
