interior paint is for vinyl surfaces, you'd be better off getting some dye in the colour you want for material, fabris just soaks up what ever you spray at it.

I've owned a vr ss commodore and sold it to buy another vl with a dirty 30 in it. the 5lt v8 was disapointing after owning a string of rb's. the 8 is good for 2 things, towing and stopping your boat floating away.

i've found if you spray a bit of water on your wool pad u should get a bit more life outa the compund. give the pad a clean with a screw driver before you start make sure your not rubbing any nasties into the paint, if that don't help a good hand glaze will hide all the nasties.

hey there mate just read your post i'm looking at building the same motor in my vl here's some info i've found so far: -redtop rb20det injectors are the same as rb30et factory ones and will fit your factory fuel rail. should be good for around 200kw at the flywheel. -the guys at speedtech here in wellington now have the software to reflash standard rb computers and can remap your standard computer while dyno tuning it. you'll be limited by your afm pretty quickly from what i hear but you should still make reasonable power before you have to make too many changes.
