Do love seeing sedan's that still have the door frame chrome on!
It only came on some cars. Mainly the early 10a cars had it but there is no hard and fast rule. Some later model cars had it, some didn’t. The same way some 10a cars had it and some didn’t.
Its always a good niggle point for the Barry’s.

It’s worth pointing out that the others were hitting speeds of 200km per hour.
I tapped out at 120 hahahaha

If you are on the Shore then check out Saunders Automotive on Ashfield street. He mainly does V8’s but did all my jap stuff when I was up there.
They are GC’s and know all types of old cars.

The way I look at it you have a couple of options.
- list it for heaps and hope someone buys it, but run the risk of it sitting unsold for months.
- Sell it for a reasonable price and get a quick sale. Money in the bank.
- Keep it, slam it and install some chrome modgies and install a rotary engine for the win.
Good luck with what you decide, and please remember to let us know what you choose to do.

If the interior is in good nick due to having seat covers that could help the price. If the seat covers are to hide a poor interior the reverse will happen.
Are you selling or buying? Are you in a hurry to sell? Is it the old guys next door and you are hoping to low ball? Or helping the old guy next door get max profits.
A reasonable price would be between $4-5k but it is impossible to give a firm guide without seeing more pictures or having more information. Such as number of owners, service history etc.

At $23k complied it doesn’t seem like stupid money in today’s market?

Doubt he will get 60k with the factory interior and next level amounts of bog.
And the fact everyone knows it’s a cash grab.

Didn’t Mazda Australia buy a NZ RX-3 coupe to restore for their collection?

Get one of those weird ones the are feont wheel drive but the engine faces north south and the hubs only have 3 lugs per wheel.
