Ludez
This isn't exactly old school but I thought this would be a good place to ask anyway. Hey guys first post, I've done a search but couldn't come up with anything concrete. I've got an au3 XR6. And looking to put some better springs/shocks in. I've found some EF XR6 cobra springs with Monroe GT sports for pretty cheap. I believe the cobra springs are lowered too. Now will these just bolt directly into my au? From what I read it seems so but want to double check.
tim13
Yes , I have ef xr6 front springs/shocks in my au , brake hose brackets are the only thing you need to be creative with . Ba/f front rotors & calipers are a fairly straight forward upgrade while you are under there too

Also EF is lower too so I'll get a decent drop?
tim13
Mine is a wagon so can't help on rears , front was about an inch lower than a mates au3 ticford xr6 but still has reasonable ground clearance so not really low at all by oldschool standards !
