I won't bother with a map as there is only one road in so you can't get lost. Drive as far as you can (i.e. onto the beach) thenlook left, then look right, and spot the flock of homeless bums. Kickoff about 730pm to give people time to get feeds and get there etc etc. Bring some feedz (plenty of places in Jville for example) and eat them on the rocky shore.
