We are looking for a new storeman to manage our stock and order processing in the warehouse of our manufacturing plant in Wiri, Manukau.

 

We are a busy place and not interested in carrying people…

Common sense and fast paced work ethic important.

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic hard worker to join a small team at our manufacturing company based in Wiri. This is no normal storemans role, the position encompasses a wide range of daily duties and there are excellent career opportunities here.

 

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the successful candidate must display the following attributes:

 

• Great time management skills

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Ability to follow instructions

• A Full clean Drivers License

• Enjoy meeting and dealing with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• The ability to lift weights up to 20kgs on a regular basis and be physically strong

• Basic computer and data entry skills an advantage

• Enthusiasm to learn

• Be flexible, able to think outside the square and be a team player.

 

This is a full-time position and the hours of work are 40 hours Monday to Friday. There may be a frequent requirement for overtime. You will be paid competitive hourly and overtime rates and there are excellent staff benefits including super and company health plans.
