LILVR4 Posted January 28, 2010 Share Posted January 28, 2010 here is my 1978 sigma love this car but it need power goin to put a dohc 4g63t already have 5speed box just saveing up 4 engine and other parts photos of when i first brought car off my grandma after a couple of week had her looking like this much better brought some 13x8 spitfires , cobra lowering springs , and welded a bore on tinted windows My Plans give it a planel and paint put a vr4 dohc 4g63t with tdo5 into her , steel headgasket going to keep it a sleeper though hide the front mount 5speed gearbox and lsd lower it more with some superlows and goin to get some 17x7 17x8 advanti acutes Engine For The Sig Intercooler for the sig , i got 5speed box just need shifter and 2l rwd engine mounts , my brother inlaw is doin the intake manifold for me , then is just fit the intercooler and my couzin is doin the piping and making u the water out piping Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LILVR4 Posted October 18, 2011 Author Share Posted October 18, 2011 just some pictures of my water outlet tha pipe i use is of that thermostate iv put a picture up of it fits in perfect and has a rubber oring so it will be water tight not sure wat thermostate was off think it was a 4g93 non turbo just got to make up a flange to suit 4g63 thermostate and a brace to hold it there , as for water inlet im getting the old pipe bent at a 90dagree angle to go around alternator and under turbo then plumb it up to radiator with sum rubber hose. intake manifold is away get modiflyed and put a evo throttle body on aswell a photo of water outlet photo of long block engine and gearbox photo of back of head mite make up a flange and wee pipe to run to heater hose for the return heres a picture of the thermostate i got pipe from might cum in handy for someone else Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
