    yea iv seen somewhere you buy this kit it comes with adaptor to come out front frost plug with flange or thermostate and a blocker for the rear see http://www.google.co.nz/imgres?imgurl=h ... sfd&itbs=1 but do they have them in new zealand
  2. hey there anyone one where i can get the kit to move thermostate housing to the front of the engine, and also a top mount manifold
  3. i was just wonting to know if i needed 4g63 block mounts or will my 4g32 work i have 4g63 rubber mounts compelet that bolt onto crossmember

  6. hay there im just wondering i know you need l300 engine mounts for 4g63t dohc rwd, bt is that the rubber mounts that bolt onto crossmember or the mounts that bolt onto block to rubber mount, i have a sigma wit 4g32 if i only need l300 rubber mounts can i use old sigma mounts that bolt to block? any help 4 great

  10. Hi there , my mate is doin the same converion as me 4g63t dohc into a exlancer but he has a evo 4g63t with 7bolt he wont to know if there any flywheel that will match up to crank and line up with his starter motor on 5speed rwd gearbox? any help be great
  11. just some pictures of my water outlet tha pipe i use is of that thermostate iv put a picture up of it fits in perfect and has a rubber oring so it will be water tight not sure wat thermostate was off think it was a 4g93 non turbo just got to make up a flange to suit 4g63 thermostate and a brace to hold it there , as for water inlet im getting the old pipe bent at a 90dagree angle to go around alternator and under turbo then plumb it up to radiator with sum rubber hose. intake manifold is away get modiflyed and put a evo throttle body on aswell a photo of water outlet photo of long block engine and gearbox photo of back of head mite make up a flange and wee pipe to run to heater hose for the return heres a picture of the thermostate i got pipe from might cum in handy for someone else

    yea far enough to hopfuly i dont have anymore problems with them , never ever had a problem with my 78 sigma witch iv ownd 4 10years and has 570000km on clock , you missed a few words in your post #not stuff about modern peace on shit plastic cars#

    hay there is there any differance between a (non rs evo 1 diff) and a (rs evo 1 diff) apart from lsd my evo needs a rear diff and i found a rs 1 for $150

  21. ok sweet thanks phil , i just iv got a 79 sigma just sitting there and cant realy afford anther 4g63 lol my 78 sigma 4g63 dohc is coming along great what about a 4g61t i know it only a 1600 but cheaper than 4g63s

    its werid it gose into gears 1 2 3 4 but whn in gear the shifters moves like it in netural
