Unclejake Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 From the 1st of March 2008 I take over a new workshop in Landfill Road, Happy Valley (near Brooklyn and Island Bay) and there will be possibly two additional car spaces available with enough room to work doing normal things. Access is good with full camera surveillance, an electric roller door and decent lighting. The workshop will be fully functional with three phase power, lathe, drillpress welder, compressor, grinder, fridge etc. We can negotiate useage of the tools. Price will be about $70 per week - to be confirmed (plus a contribution to electricity if you are there a lot and suitable effort to take the rubbish away etc.) Let me know here if you are interested but only if you are serious.
